We are excited to announce that we will be transitioning to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, which includes a more advanced and user-friendly Patient Portal. This change is designed to enhance your experience and provide improved access to your health information.

What You Need to Know:

• Seamless Data Transfer: Your existing medical records and account information will be securely transferred to the new system.

What You Need to Do:

•   You may be getting a new portal invitation and ability to use our digital check in feature.  Please complete as this is a new system.  
•    Look for an Email Invitation: You will receive an email with instructions on how to create or access your account in the new portal.
•   Update Your Login Credentials: If required, follow the steps to reset your password and verify your account.
•    Explore New Features: Enjoy enhanced features such as streamlined communication, easier appointment scheduling, and improved access to your medical records.
